I know that it slightly off-topic of film festivals, but I found some beautiful, inventive collateral by sydney design duo TOKO, which in highly inspiring. In true festival form, it is designed on-trend yet still manages to be edgy and different. I particularly love the folding of the flyer.

Korean Film Festival
After seeing the poster at the Circular Quay Dendy, I had to have a look at the Korean Film Festivals website. The festival begins later this month, I will have to make sure I pick up a program (available after August 15 from the Dendy).
The branding is modern but minimalist. So far it the closest film festival branding that I have seen to what I envisage my major project. As a short-lived festival, the branding is fashionable and for the moment. It grabs attention, without being brash. I would love to keep this simplicity, but in my project must remember to be more experimental in my secondary language.

Film Festival Trailers
My tutor Gabe, suggested creating some film collateral as part of SUFF's branding. The previous are some film trailers I found that give a better understanding of what these festivals want to convey.
